i always throw a ear of corn, ready my musket i take my shot hopefully make a good kill go home eat my deer hunting isent a sport its a lifestyle! i dont believe in all this controlling this controlling that crap i will hunt the way my ancestors have for the past 5000 years no one will change my way's there are no hunting ethics its peoples govt. enforced beliefs that cloud the minds of us hunters we need to take back or lifestyle it shouldent be a privilege but a right and its not like im gonna hand a maniac a gun and say go kill something WHAT ARE YA NUTS?! we need to just get rid of the idiots!! and for us responsible hunters/gun owners we should be birthed into having the right to pick up a gun and hunt some food! this govt. needs to spot saying what we can and can not do! by letting them do so your letting them be commies!! and controlling what the public does!! and by doing that you destroy out lifestyle!! hunting isent about killing stuff its freinds family enjoying good food and the kill of a animal with your freinds and family and for all who say no guns or no hunting it hurts them id like to say this BLOW IT OUT YOUR ASS!! and id also like to point out that we as human beings have been hunting for all of creation!! are you really going to attempt to change that?! well good luck it so!! you'll need the luck to fend off the pissed off people who want there guns and there traditions back!! the spirit of hunting and the spirit of being in the woods with your fred bear bow or your pa. kentucky rilfe/ or steoger what ever you use just sit there and think what if it was against the law to enjoy such a beautiful feeling and seeing such an amazing and loving nature and also think when you do make the kill how happy your family is for you and that the love they show when your pulling in the driveway with that deer or bear whatever you hunted and you eat that for your supper how happy you are and how warm the feeling is...its not about killing stuff like i said its family the tradition it runs in our veins!!! and it always will!! there is nothing that can be changed its like a finished puzzle!!! what are you gonna change around to make it right? THERE IS NOTHING TO CHANGE!!! because what we all belive it our own right to belive and we can keep our traditions because this country allows us to do as such!

Here's an interesting side bar. After the Japanese decimated our fleet in Pearl Harbor Dec 7, 1941, they could have sent their troop ships and carriers directly to California

to finish what they started. The prediction from our Chief of Staff was we would not be able to stop a massive invasion until they reached the Mississippi River . So, why did they not invade?

After the war, the remaining Japanese generals and admirals were asked that question.

Their answer... they knew that almost every home had guns and the Americans knew how to use them.

The world's largest army... America 's hunters!

I had never thought about this....

A blogger added up the deer license sales in just a handful of states and arrived at a striking conclusion: There were over 600,000 hunters this season in the state of Wisconsin .

Allow me to restate that number, differently.

Over the last several months, Wisconsin 's hunters became the eighth largest army in the world.

More men under arms than in Iran . More than in France and Germany combined.

These men deployed to the woods of a single American state to hunt with firearms, and no one was killed. That number pales in comparison to the 750,000 who hunted the woods of Pennsylvania and Michigan 's 700,000 hunters. All of whom have now returned home.

Toss in a quarter million hunters in West Virginia and it literally establishes the fact that the hunters of those four states alone would comprise the largest army in the world.

The point? America will forever be safe from foreign invasion with that kind of home-grown firepower.

Hunting -- it's not just a way to fill the freezer, it's a matter of national security.

That's why all enemies, foreign and domestic, want to see us disarmed.

Food for thought when next we consider gun control.
my thoughts with hunting law's and hunting all around
